Asian Meatball Lettuce Wraps with Mango Slaw

Any kind of meatball is good enough for me! Knocked out the lettuce, green onions, and a few mangoes for this recipe. I used carrots and bell pepper in the slaw in place of cabbage, just because that's what I already had in the fridge, and it was tasty!
Mango Marinated Chicken

This was good... but I'm not sure if it was worth it. I uses 11 ingredients in the mango marinade, but I'm not sure they all needed to be there. It also didn't help that we only have a small 1-2 cup food processor, so I had to make this marinade in 3 batches. It wasn't fun. If you have a bigger food processor or blender, you may like this one better!
Shaved Brussels Sprout Salad
